But I would expect for my asthmatic child to be able to enjoy a concert in a non-smoking facility without an issue. I am not someone who goes out of my way to make things difficult. I am an extremely non-confrontational person. He turned around, blew it right in my daughter's face, and started screaming at me. I politely let him know my daughter has asthma and that we are in a non-smoking area. Then, as more people arrived, the person who took their seat in front of us started vaping right in his seat. He said 'I think maybe they are allowed to smoke in the suites.' I went back to my seat, thinking there was probably nothing I could do.
I went down and spoke to the usher and he was kind, but disinterested doing anything to investigate. When we sat down we kept getting a strong intermittent gust of cigarette smoke. We came last night for the Billy Joel/Stevie Nicks concert.
